Auto Sum Shortcuts for Beginners


Here are some common shortcuts for quickly summing data in Excel:

  1. Alt + = - Auto sum selected cells.
  2. Ctrl + Shift + T - Sum the selected cells and insert the result in the next cell.
  3. Ctrl + Shift + : - Sum the selected cells and insert the result in the current cell.
  4. Ctrl + Shift + L - Apply or remove a filter.
